
No-Show/cancellation Policy for coaching sessions
Effective Date: February 16, 2025
​At Awaken with Toya, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality and professional coaching experience. However, I understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both my clients and the business. We have established the following No-Show/cancellation Policy.
Coaching Packages:
Cancellation Before Starting Your Program: If you wish to cancel a coaching package before the first session has been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refund After Starting Your Program:
If you wish to cancel a coaching package after sessions have begun, a prorated refund will be provided at 50% of total cost based on the number of unused sessions. No refunds will be provided for sessions already completed.
Definition of No-Show:
A "No-Show" occurs when a client does not attend their scheduled coaching session and does not provide prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling. There is a grace period of 15 minutes.
Late Arrivals:
If you are late for a session: You are still able to complete the remaining time in the session and it counts as your full session. The session length will not be extended. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged at the full rate.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your scheduled session, a 50% fee of the session price will apply.
No-Show Fee: If you miss a session without any prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and it will count as one of your sessions
Rebooking After a No-Show:
Clients who have not shown up for a session without prior notice may be required to prepay for any future sessions before they are scheduled.
Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies can happen, and circumstances may arise. If you are unable to continue with your coaching for any extenuating circumstances, please contact me to discuss possible options. These may include rescheduling sessions or issuing a partial refund, at my discretion.
Changes to This Policy:
I reserve the right to change this No-Show/cancellation and refund policy at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review the No-Show/cancellation and refund policy periodically
